Our Real Estate division advises Italian and foreign investors, real estate investment funds, users, owners, managers, developers and lenders in all legal and administrative aspects relating to real estate transactions. In particular, we advise on acquisitions, acquisition financing, related guarantee issues, and creation of real estate investment vehicles, in evaluation and resolution of real estate building and urban development problems, and in management of real estate assets as well as any regulatory, environmental or administrative issues that may arise. 

We have considerable experience in hotel and leisure development, real estate acquisition financing and have advised on securing facilities under Italian law, on complex securitized loan facility packages, on pledge and facility agreements and security packages, on share purchase agreements, and on the creation of special purchase vehicles.
